To be very honest, when i heard the name of the movie, I thought it was the name of Mammootty’s Character. It is the name of the girl who is getting murdered in the movie…

As the name indicates “പാലേരി മാണിക്യം – ഒരു പാതിരാകൊലപാതകത്തിന്റെ കഥ ", its a murder story. The plot takes place in the year 1957 and the murder investigation carried out after 52 years. The completely well written story and perfectly executed camera works gives you a good cinema. The movie watching experience is really good. Tracing the leads of a murder story occurred 52 years before is not easy.
At every moment there is a twist which leads to a totally unexpected climax. Loved it. The social and political picture of kerala in 1952 is shown in the movie. I’m not going to tell the details, you better watch it yourself!…
I loved Gowri Munjal and Shweta Menon in the movie.
