She is really good, Now i live with her…
And what made me write this post is that last Saturday, 18th July. When i powered her in the morning there was a line blackened out on the screen. I was like OMFG!!!… Its like a terrifying scene when you get up in the morning. So what i did was i just calmed down; called Dell toll free number 1800- 425- 4026 (Cool). After they routed the call to the tech department, i had to wait around 20 minutes for the service engineer to pickup the phone. After he picked up i was totally cool. Great service indeed. He asked me to run some tests and tell him the o/p. Since there was no other issue, he asked me my address and told the service engineer will come to my home and will replace the LCD within Wednesday. He finally gave me some customer id so that i can track things over the issue. That was totally cool, I’m waiting for him to come. In between, the screen was ok after sometime, but since there had an issue, i thought of going for the replacement as there was some issue with that. So I’m waiting for the service engineer to come and change the LCD.
