Before explaining how safe we are in hands of some people, please have a look at the video. Be patient and watch it, i bet you wont forget this…

So let me tell what exactly you have seen…

The violent incident that occurred on Nov 12 at Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Channai. You wont believe they are law students beating those guys like animals. They are divided by caste and attacking each other in presence of Media and Police. And those f***ing police men simply enjoying that scene.

I too studied in a so called govt. professional engineering college, there were fights, but there always the consideration that others are human too at least during fights and blood shed was almost nil.

And let’s come to the funniest thing about the incident. For every crime there will be some punishment. Let me quote Times of India about the punishment. “The petitioners (students) are directed to go to any public library and read good books on every Saturday and Sunday for two hours, for a period of four weeks,” Justice T Sudanthiram said. They shall submit a report about what they had read during the period, he added.

A total of 40 students had been named in two cases filed in connection with the clash. In his order, Justice Sudanthiram said except one all injured students had been discharged from hospital. The one student, who has since been re-admitted in the hospital, figures as an accused in a counter case filed after the clash. The judge also pointed out that the parents and relatives of the arrested students have filed affidavits stating that they would take proper care of the students if they are released on bail…

What a wonderful punishment, great simply great…

It is barbaric. But what was the cause for provocation and why the police were mute spectators. Which were the two groups involved and whether there was any descecration of any sort. More details and facts are required to be posted so that it may be assessed and understood clearly. Request for update.
