BarCamp is basically just a platform to connect. It is an ad-hoc unconference born from the desire for people to share and learn in an open environment. The BarCamp gives you a chance word YOUR opinion, a platform to communicate, share, network, discuss, debate and show practicals/demos without the nervousness of receiving criticism. A live active school for people who want to learn from others’ mistakes as well as accomplishments. It is a platform to give ideas to form new platforms.
Anyone with something to contribute or with the desire to learn is welcome and invited to join. We get together and discuss/rant/brain-storm/share opinions about Web Technologies & trends, mobile, internet, hacking, blogging, education, health, retail and much more… anything and everything the technology that interests us.
It is NOT just another networking event nor it has the same bunch of people… the same sessions… the same talks… the same opinions. It is an amalgamation of individuals who like to participate and not be an audience. The criterion for attendance is just one – Be ready to contribute your thoughts, ideas, experiences, expressions, suggestions, viewpoints and awareness.
When you come, be prepared to share with ‘BarCampers’.
When you leave, be prepared to share it with the world.
